Refund and Returns Policy

At SareeAura, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product does not match the description

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sarees that are worn, washed, or altered

  • Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance

  • Custom-stitched or customized sarees

  • Minor color or design variations due to photography or screen differences


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the product

  2. Attach photos or a short video showing the issue

  3. Mention your Order ID

Our team will review your request and approve or reject it within 2 working days.


4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide you with a return address

  • Customers must pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit

  • We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging


5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange:

  • We will send the replacement product after receiving the original item

  • If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must follow the return process.
